Tan Coffee – Janakpuri

A contemporary café that pairs sculptural architecture with intimate, human-scale spaces. Curves define the interior: rounded corners, arched openings, ceiling transitions, and a cylindrical column create a soft visual rhythm.

The palette is restrained and tactile—hand-finished plaster, terrazzo, timber, cane, glass, and muted metal—warmed by greenery. Lighting follows the architecture: concealed glow along the curves, woven pendants over tables, and daylight through generous glazing.

Seating is sequenced rather than repeated—communal tables, window seats, banquettes, and quiet corners—so each zone offers a different mix of openness and privacy while staying connected to the whole.
